Background
I have been a music teacher in the Stoughton Public Schools since 1985. I started as a general music teacher at the Gibbons and South elementary schools. In the 1990's to 2001 I taught at Stoughton High School and many elementary schools teaching the woodwind instruments. In 2002, I arrived at the Dawe school teaching general music classes and chorus. I have enjoyed all of my positions in Stoughton. I have a Bachelors Degree from the Hartt School of Music in West Hartford, Ct. and a Masters degree from Lesley University in the creative arts. I have also taken many courses far and beyond to increase my knowledge about music and teaching!
I am also a professional musician, playing the flute and piano and teach private students after school.
